I just bought my first home and had Steamatic clean and sterilized air ducts. They did a very thorough job and my invoice came with before and after pictures. Chris and Cayman were very professional and answered all my questions. They even gave some recommendations on servicing/upgrading the heating system and pointed me in the right direction. In regards to HVAC system clean, I had an estimator come in & do a walk through. We discussed treatment options based on my sq footage. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Estimate sheet broke down costs and price was predictable. Was able to get an apt the next day. The 3 employees I interacted were fantastic. They were on time and were extremely professional, knowledgeable and funny! Able to answer every random question I threw at them. In addition, they gave me a heads up about noises & sections of the house that they would be working on. know that it will be a half if not the whole day if you want the job done right. Mine took about 7 hours & when they sealed things up, they cleaned up & were on their way. Very happy

We had been having issues with our dryer vent. The build-up was causing our new dryer to stop functioning. I called Tammy at Steamatic and she sent a team out within a few days. Those technicians (Chris & Chris), used a long rotating brush which was inserted from both ends of the vent. He extracted two very large clumps of hardened lint and a lot of debris. From what we saw, it looked like a job well done. He was only here for about a half-hour. We continued to have more issues with the dryer vent, so I called Tammy and explained the situation. She was very professional and said she’d send out a team the next morning. Eric & Anthony came with ‘the big guns’ – a system of tools that enabled them to force air in multiple directions within the vent and a super vacuum that sucked it back out. They also used a camera and explained every step to us as they continued to work. Eric and Anthony were here for almost two hours! Our dryer vents perfectly now, and we can actually feel the warm air coming out of the vent outside. Thank you Steamatic for a very complete cleaning!! We’ll see you again soon to clean the duct work throughout our house. Rene & Ann

We paid $247 for our 3 bedroom house. Kreg and kris (not sure if that’s the right spelling) were so nice and did a great job. price paid was worth it. What I like about it is that it did not take long to dry. We opened the windows for 4 hours and it was Almost dried. Our carpet looked new afterwards. Before they clean it I thought we had to replace the entire thing because it looked so old.

For years my family always got sick durring the winter season, and last year I decided to have steamatic clean my air ducts and the results were great!. It was amazing the junk they removed from heating system and I could literally smell the difference in my house, no longer do I smell when the furnace kicks on. And the most important part was how healthy my family was all winter long. Duct cleaning is a definite must if anyone in the house has asmatha, and steamtic did a fantastic job for me.

Chris and Kamen were Outstanding! They were punctual, polite, thorough, tidy and hard working. We just finished a major sheetrock and texture project, listening to the debris blow through the ducts as they were cleaning was unbelievable. Their industrial equipment is the ONLY way we could have clean air in our house again. As they finished Chris was very kind explaining the functioning of our system. I haven’t ever had a humidifier before, that with two heater/ AC systems is so complicated. I greatly appreciated his patience showing me how to operate all of it. We feel very fortunate to have had them clean our home!

The guys did a great job. They both were professional and courteous. My only negative comment would be that Kenden said they would clean around the vents with a shop vac. when they were done. They forgot to do that and so did I until after they had left. There were a couple of areas that could have used it. Also there were metal shavings on the floor in the mechanical room where the hole was cut into the duct. They were here a long time and I’m sure needed to get to the next job.
