Did a full duct cleaning on a home buold in 2018. Had a little hesitancy going it with a bit higher price than I was hoping for, however, the gentlemen that worked on my home did a phenomenal job. They took their time, were here all day and were sure to be thorough. Additionally. I am giving this company a 5 star review because we had some issues after they came to clean our air ducts ducts and they handled our concerns in a prompt and professional manner. To be fair, we have an old and complicated house and it was a tricky job.
The GM listened to our concerns from the first visit and he and the owner showed up the next day to correct the problem and added on a scoping service free of charge.
The service business can be complicated and no one is perfect but in my opinion the sign of a good company is how they work through problems with a customer to come to an amicable resolution.
We plan to use them again for our next duct cleaning service and I would recommend them.
